This workshop is for ALL women 13yrs +
We encourage mother daughter combinations where possible.
All women have a body that is beautiful….
We are born confident, un-ashamed, joyful in the body we have…until we learn different.
On this day we will learn:
- the origins of our beliefs and values of beauty.
-learn about media and cultural influences on beauty
-share the experience of beauty with each other
-affirm our beauty
-use interactive activities to internalize new beliefs
-find language that supports each other as our unique beautiful selves

The veil bettween privacy and porn is nearly non-existant….but still under your control.
This workshop is an interactive exchange between the generations – sharing, respecting and collaborating for understanding.
- personal safety measures every women needs to take no matter what!
- safety steps to take when using Facebook and Twitter – yes your mom should be on your friends list
- building safe guidelines and limits for using technology
- how to monitor usage and not feel like a bitch for checking up on her
