All on-going workshops are a minimum of four hours in length.

Each session offers fundamentals in lecture and interactive format.

Getting Kids to Listen I – $59 – pre-registration is required

Have you ever had to repeat yourself ten times before the kids heard you? Raised you voice at them or just plain “lost it”?

You’re not alone!

Getting kids to listen is a skill building course for parents.

  • It provides fundamentals in child development
  • It demonstrates effective skills in engaging children to listen.
  • It offers parents three effective strategies(or more) for coping with frustration.
  • This course is the foundation for level II.

    In level II parents are invited to create a deeper understanding of their personal history and influences that affect their parenting.

    Anger Management I – $69 – pre-registration is required

    Ever had your child “blow out” because they didn’t get something? Have you blown out because your frustrated with them?

    Anger management is a session that helps put anger into it’s proper place

  • It allows parents the opportunity to build step back skills
  • It teaches the principles of “ownership” and addresses discipline issues
  • It offers parents the opportunity to create “rules of engagement” for their parenting roles
  • This course is the foundation for level II

    In level II parents are invited to create a deeper understanding of their personal history and influences that affect their parenting.

    Stress Management I – $59 – pre-registration is required

    Do you experience stress in your life? If you do, then your kids do too!

    Stress Management for Families is a session that offers preventative techniques for coping with stress on kids and families.

  • It teaches the principles of stress and it’s affects on the body.
  • It invites parents to raise awareness of stress in children and build skills to address it
  • It demonstrates the skills of resiliency that parents can teach their children.
  • This course is the foundation for level II

    In level II parents are invited to create a deeper understanding of their personal history and influences that affect their parenting.
